The red carpet was rolled out for the AEDD 2010 Prom on April 20th.  Adults served by AEDD, their dates, family and friends, plus numerous staff members and volunteers helped make the prom a huge success.  Donations that supported the event came from local businesses and individuals:  ByLites, Inc., Sunbelt Convention Services, Ace Rentals, and many individuals who donated prom dresses.  A large group of volunteers from the Central High School Jr. Civitan Club helped plan the prom, made corsages and boutonnières, painted backdrops, decorated and worked at the event.  The AEDD Auxiliary coordinated the food and helped staff the event.  The best part...seeing the smiles on the faces of the clients as they walked down the red carpet!!
